The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme announced that it would build a 729-house project in the emirate of Ajman, the largest residential complex the programme has carried out since its inception in 1999.
“The housing project is to be implemented based upon the leadership’s directives to provide houses to citizens, so as to enjoy social stability.
“The Dh1 billion complex was designed to cater to the requirements of citizens in the emirate of Ajman, for the time being and into the future,” said Dr Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the programme.
He further stated that factors, including sustainability, safety, eco-friendly and energy efficiency, had been considered during the design of the 950,000 square metre complex. Sources….
